Work delivered
A real café, ready for a fresh digital start
Suzette Cuisine already offered a distinctive French café experience in Chula Vista: carefully prepared dishes, a recognizable cyclist identity, and people with a story to tell. Its online presence needed to make that experience easier to discover and understand.
The starting point was fragmented. The existing ordering site contained placeholder contact details and reservation wording that led to ordering, while the Instagram bio pointed visitors mainly toward a delivery platform. The restaurant needed a clearer home for its menu, location, personality and practical visitor information.
Suzette also told us its previous management requested a substantial fee to return digital credentials. That access barrier made a workable path forward essential. We worked with a replacement Instagram account, rebuilt the website, and supported the restaurant’s existing Google and Yelp profiles.
This case study brings that launch work and its early results together as our first-month review. The focus is the foundation Suzette gained: a website, an audience, original media and a more consistent way to communicate with guests.

A website that helps people explore and plan
We rebuilt the website from the ground up in English and Spanish, carrying Suzette’s existing identity into a warm, recognizable café experience. Menu browsing, online ordering, directions, contact information and group inquiries each received a clear path.
The site gives visitors a dedicated place to explore the restaurant before choosing what to eat or planning a visit. Original restaurant imagery supports the atmosphere, while readable menus and practical information help turn interest into a next step.
In the available launch reporting, the website recorded over 1,200 sessions and about 2,200 page views. Nearly 850 menu views showed that visitors were exploring the food as well as the café’s story.
Google Search recorded around 400 clicks to the website and about 9,300 impressions. Search terms included the restaurant’s menu and French dining in Chula Vista, showing that the new site was appearing for relevant discovery. Search clicks are reported separately from actions on the restaurant’s Google profile.

Showing Suzette through its own food and people
We built the creative around Suzette itself: food, people and atmosphere. Crêpe preparation and finished dishes introduce the menu. Jérôme’s story gives the café a voice. Coffee, the patio and the dining room show the experience around the meal.
On-location footage became food, café, coffee, brunch and owner films. Narration, captions, color, music and natural sound helped each piece carry the restaurant’s personality. We also prepared restaurant video for both desktop and mobile website visitors.
The work produced a reusable library of more than 250 edited restaurant photographs, alongside finished films and social creative. Singles, carousels and vertical formats gave the same visual story room to travel across channels.
These are photographs and films made at the actual restaurant. Showing real preparation, recognizable people and the café’s own surroundings made the content specific to Suzette and gave future publishing a consistent visual foundation.

Taking the café story across social channels
TikTok brought the café’s food and people into a format built around discovery. Crêpe preparation and Jérôme’s story were prominent in the captured results, giving the restaurant both a visual hook and a personal voice.
The account displayed nearly 300 followers and recorded about 27,500 video views, over 500 shares and about 1,800 likes in the available reporting. Shares showed that viewers were passing the stories along; they are a measure of content response, not a count of diners.
Facebook added about 10,500 recorded views and provided another place for food, café updates and guest-facing information. Paid promotion contributed much of its distribution, while profile visits remained an area to improve.
Threads supplied a smaller companion channel for café updates and conversation. Across platforms, we adapted the creative to the format while keeping the restaurant’s voice and visual identity consistent.

Connecting search and local restaurant discovery
We supported Suzette’s existing Google and Yelp profiles as part of the same visitor journey. The rebuilt website and restaurant content helped connect profile discovery with a place to browse the menu, learn about the café and choose a next step.
Google Business Profile recorded about 16,500 profile views and 9,100 search appearances in the reporting used for this review. Its activity included around 400 website-button clicks and roughly 250 direction requests, alongside menu exploration and call-button clicks.
Yelp’s reporting snapshot recorded about 15,000 impressions and roughly 680 business-page visits. It also recorded website visits, directions and Calls-category actions. Paid distribution contributed to impressions; page visits and organic visibility did not increase alongside them, leaving useful areas for continued work.
Google Search clicks, Google profile website-button clicks and Yelp website visits represent distinct recorded routes toward the website. We keep those figures separate because the same person may use more than one route.

Giving guest feedback a personal response
Guest reviews are part of the restaurant experience after the visit. We added 155 individual public responses across Google and Yelp, bringing the existing response backlogs up to date.
Each reply recognized what the guest actually described: a particular dish, a welcoming moment, a service concern or a disappointing experience. That kept Suzette’s voice personal and made the public profiles more responsive.
At the review, Google displayed 4.6 stars and Yelp displayed 4.5 stars. Those ratings reflect the restaurant’s wider guest-review history; our documented contribution here is the new response work.
Keeping guest communication active complements the creative. A visitor discovering a crêpe film or browsing the menu can also see a business that pays attention to feedback.
A foundation for the next stage
The first month established more than individual pieces of content. Website information, original media, captions and a shared publishing calendar now support a repeatable way to tell the restaurant’s story across channels.
Platform-ready photographs, carousels and vertical content made it easier to continue publishing with a consistent voice. That preparation gives future updates a usable starting point instead of requiring every post to begin again.
We also prepared guidance on holding business accounts and granting agency permissions. Alongside the website and content library, it gives Suzette a reference for future digital management and handoff.
The first-month review shows early digital activity and completed work. Figures are rounded for readability, and available reporting coverage varies by platform. Views, sessions and button actions do not establish restaurant visits, orders or sales.
