Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain English, what Branding Bull collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective July 20, 2026
Last updated July 20, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Branding Bull website and the forms, scheduling tools, and measurement features available through it. It does not replace a client agreement, employment document, or the privacy policy of a third-party website you choose to visit.
2. Information you choose to provide
Depending on how you use the site, you may provide:
- Project inquiry details such as your name, email, company, services of interest, budget range, timeline, how you heard about us, and the project brief.
- Internship application details such as your name, email, optional phone number, city, school or training, current stage, portfolio link, tools, availability, preferred work modality, referral source, and motivation.
- Scheduling details you enter after choosing to open our third-party booking tool.
- Any additional information you send by email, phone, WhatsApp, or another channel you select.
Please do not include confidential, financial, health, or other sensitive information in a website form unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate process.
3. Information collected automatically
If you accept optional analytics, the site records limited attribution information so we can understand how an inquiry reached us. This may include the landing page, referring domain, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, or MSCLKID when those values are present in the URL.
The essential bb_cookie_consent cookie stores your “accept” or “essential only” choice for up to one year. Optional tracking stays off unless you accept it. After acceptance, the site may use first-touch and last-touch attribution cookies, named bb_attribution_first and bb_attribution_last, with a 90-day expiration.
When Google Tag Manager is configured and you accept optional analytics, it may load measurement tags, including Microsoft Clarity when that tag is enabled in the container. This site keeps Google advertising storage, advertising user-data processing, and ad personalization denied. Measurement providers may receive standard browser, device, usage, and network information under their own settings and policies.
If you accepted optional analytics, a successful project inquiry temporarily stores the form page, services selected, budget range, timeline, referral choice, and available attribution data in browser session storage under bb_pending_lead. This allows the thank-you page to record one conversion event. The value is removed after that event; if the redirect does not complete, browser session storage normally clears when the session ends.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from spam and abuse. The security check may process browser, device, and network information, including an IP address, to verify that a submission is legitimate.
4. How we use information
We use information for practical business purposes, including:
- reviewing and responding to inquiries;
- evaluating project fit and planning a first conversation;
- reviewing internship applications and contacting candidates;
- providing scheduling and other requested site functions;
- measuring which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries;
- protecting the website and forms from fraud, spam, and abuse;
- maintaining records and complying with legal obligations.
We do not use a website inquiry by itself to create a client, employment, or contractor relationship.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share information when it is reasonably necessary to operate the site or respond to you. The current website uses or connects to providers in these categories:
- email delivery and inbox services, including Resend, for form submissions and replies;
- security and anti-abuse services, including Cloudflare Turnstile;
- scheduling services, including Cal.com, when you choose to book a call;
- tag management, analytics, and advertising measurement providers configured through Google Tag Manager, including Microsoft Clarity when enabled;
- website hosting, infrastructure, and content-management providers, including Sanity for public site content;
- professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own terms. We do not sell the personal information submitted through our forms for money.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiry, application, and correspondence records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Attribution cookies expire after 90 days unless they are replaced or removed sooner. The cookie that records your consent choice expires after one year.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose “Essential only” when the site asks, or use the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer to revisit your choice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Doing so may reduce attribution measurement, but it should not prevent you from reading the site. You can choose not to open the scheduler and contact us directly instead.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to some uses. Email hello@thebrandingbull.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.
8. Children, external links, and changes
This site is intended for businesses, professionals, and applicants able to submit their own information. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.
Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our site, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
