The scope

Know what you’re getting.

Each platform gets a clear role and a realistic publishing plan. We organize the content, approvals, and reporting so your team knows what is going out and why.

Based in Chula Vista, we work in English and Spanish with businesses in San Diego and Las Vegas, Nevada. Collaboration is remote; visits and on-site production are scoped separately.

A good fit if

  • Businesses that have useful work to share but limited time to publish
  • Teams with inconsistent posts, branding, or messaging
  • Service and B2B businesses that need a planned social presence

Your proposal confirms the deliverables, responsibilities, and approval points before work begins.

What we can help with

  • Channel and content review with a role for each agreed platform
  • A content calendar with themes, formats, calls to action, and approval dates
  • Copywriting, graphics, reusable templates, and short-form edits within the agreed volume
  • Scheduling and publishing to the agreed accounts
  • Community-response support with defined coverage, response boundaries, and escalation when included
  • Monthly reporting using available platform data and a plan for the next content cycle

Scope boundaries

  • Paid advertising management and media spend
  • Original photography or video shoots unless separately included
  • Round-the-clock moderation, customer support, or unlimited content and revisions

How it works

A clear path from brief to delivery.

  1. Set the direction

Review the channels, agree on audiences and themes, and define the content volume and approval process.

  2. Create and publish

Prepare copy and visuals, collect your feedback, and schedule approved content around the agreed calendar.

  3. Review the response

Use available performance data and business updates to shape the next month's content and priorities.

Plan the engagement

Scope first. A clear proposal next.

Monthly pricing depends on the platforms, number and format of content pieces, editing needs, approval process, and response coverage. Original photography and video production, advertising, and extra campaign work are identified separately.

Ownership & handoff
Branding Bull leads the content plan, agreed production, scheduling, and reporting. You provide access, timely approvals, business updates, and subject knowledge. Platform count, content volume, revisions, and response responsibilities are confirmed before work starts.

Social Media Management FAQ

Before we get started.

Practical answers to help you decide whether this is the right service for your business.

Ask about your project

Which social platforms should my business use?

We choose based on the audience, the content your team can supply, and the role the channel should play. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn serve different needs; your proposal identifies the accounts we will support.

How many posts will you create each month?

The proposal sets the number of posts, formats, platforms, and revisions. We build a realistic calendar around the agreed scope and available content so both teams know what to expect.

Are photography, video, and Reels included?

Short-form editing can be included using approved footage. Original capture is a separate production scope: Branding Bull directs the work, and a specialist production partner completes the agreed photography, video capture, and post-production.

Will you answer comments and direct messages?

We can include defined response support. Coverage hours, topics we can answer, approval needs, and the handoff for customer issues are agreed in advance. Sales and customer-service responsibilities remain with your team unless explicitly included.
