Website Design & Development

Website design that makes your offer clear.

Give customers a clear explanation of your services and a straightforward way to inquire, book, or buy. We plan the pages, write or organize the agreed content, and build a responsive website your team can manage.

Explore the scope

20 minutes with Aldo. Complimentary. No commitment.

The scope

Know what you’re getting.

We start with your customers, your content, and the action you want them to take. Then we plan the pages, design the experience, and build a website your team can use after launch.

Based in Chula Vista, we work in English and Spanish with businesses in San Diego and Las Vegas, Nevada. Collaboration is remote; visits and on-site production are scoped separately.

A good fit if

  • Local and service businesses with an outdated or confusing website
  • Teams launching a new business, offer, or campaign
  • Businesses that need a redesign, a migration, or better inquiry and booking flows

Your proposal confirms the deliverables, responsibilities, and approval points before work begins.

What we can help with

  • Page plan, content requirements, and clear paths to an inquiry, booking, or purchase
  • Responsive page designs using your brand, approved copy, and available imagery
  • Website development, content management setup, and agreed content migration
  • Booking, forms, payment, CRM, or analytics integrations listed in the proposal
  • Browser and mobile checks, accessibility and performance checks, page metadata, and redirect planning
  • Launch support, account and source access, handoff guidance, and a defined support window

Scope boundaries

  • Ongoing SEO, advertising, and maintenance unless included in the proposal
  • New photography, video, extensive copywriting, and third-party subscriptions unless itemized
  • Native mobile app development; specialist portal or application UI/UX work needs its own scope

How it works

A clear path from brief to delivery.

  1. Plan the website

Review your current experience, agree on the pages and customer actions, and confirm content, integrations, and responsibilities.

  2. Design and build

Develop the approved page designs, populate the agreed content, and connect the tools the website needs.

  3. Check and launch

Review the site on mobile and desktop, check important forms and links, then launch with a documented handoff.

Plan the engagement

Scope first. A clear proposal next.

Website projects are quoted around the page count, content work, platform, migration, and integrations. Hosting, software subscriptions, and ongoing support are identified separately so you can understand both the launch cost and the recurring costs.

Tell us about your project
Engagement
A landing-page project, a complete website or redesign, or a focused improvement sprint. Maintenance can be scoped separately.
Timing
Focused landing pages and improvements can be planned in weeks. Full websites and migrations may take one to several months, depending on content, integrations, and approvals. Your proposal includes the schedule.
Ownership & handoff
Branding Bull handles the agreed design and development. You provide business information, account access, and approvals. The proposal identifies who supplies copy and imagery, which accounts you control, and what is included at handoff.

Website Design & Development FAQ

Before we get started.

Practical answers to help you decide whether this is the right service for your business.

Ask about your project

Can you improve my existing website instead of replacing it?

Yes. We can assess your current website and scope improvements to content, layout, forms, speed, or integrations. A rebuild makes sense when the existing platform or structure prevents the changes you need.

Which website platform will you use?

That depends on how your team will manage the site and what it needs to do. We work with WordPress and Next.js, and offer a separate Shopify and ecommerce service. We explain the recommended platform and its ongoing costs before the build.

Is SEO included in a website build?

A website scope can include foundational page metadata, indexing checks, internal links, and redirects. Ongoing search strategy, content production, and Google Business Profile work are scoped through our SEO and Local Search service.

What happens after launch?

Your proposal defines the handoff, account and source access, and post-launch support window. We can also scope ongoing maintenance and improvements based on the platform and the support your team needs.
