Terms of Use
These terms set the general rules for using the Branding Bull website. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by a website visit or form submission.
Effective July 20, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
2. Website information
The site provides general information about Branding Bull, marketing, branding, digital products, and related services. We try to keep it accurate and useful, but examples, articles, service descriptions, availability, and other content may be incomplete, simplified, or updated without notice.
Website content is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your business and for obtaining specialized advice where appropriate.
3. Inquiries, applications, and bookings
Sending a project brief, internship application, email, or scheduling request does not guarantee a meeting, engagement, interview, offer, or specific result. We review submissions as capacity allows, but a submission does not create a confidential, client, employment, contractor, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Do not send trade secrets or highly sensitive information through a public website form. If confidentiality is needed, ask us about an appropriate written agreement and secure process first.
4. Client services require a separate agreement
Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, warranties, and other terms for client work will be defined in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls for the services it covers.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, the site and its original text, graphics, branding, design, software, and other content belong to Branding Bull or are used with permission. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and make reasonable personal or internal business use of publicly available pages. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove notices from, or create misleading derivative uses of site content without permission, except where applicable law clearly allows it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit false, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful material;
- attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or disrupt the site;
- use automated systems in a way that burdens the site or ignores technical access controls;
- impersonate Branding Bull or suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
We may limit or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our users, or others.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may connect to or link to independent services such as scheduling, maps, social networks, security checks, content delivery, analytics, and external client sites. We do not control their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Case studies, testimonials, and results
Case studies, examples, testimonials, credentials, and past results describe particular circumstances. They are not a promise or guarantee that another project, campaign, website, or business will achieve the same result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the offer, market, competition, budget, implementation, and timing.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that all content will always be current.
We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law permits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branding Bull and the people who support the site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of—or inability to use—the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability connected to paid client services is governed by the separate agreement for those services, including any remedies stated there.
11. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable claims, losses, and costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
Applicable law governs these website terms. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue informally. A separate client agreement may set its own governing law, venue, and dispute process for paid work.
13. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about use of the public website, but they do not replace a separate signed client or employment-related agreement.
